Deliveries

Here at We Are Wandering we strongly believe in having absolutely zero waste in our production, there for every single item we produce is custom made. To put it another way, the item you order doesn’t exist until you order it. Because each item is custom made for you, our delivery times may be a little longer than regular “off the shelf” products. We aim to deliver all orders within the United Kingdom to you within 14 working days, supply permitting. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you immediately. There may be the occasional delay in creating your product, however in the unlikely event of this happening we will personally keep you updated all the way. Please allow up to 30 days for overseas orders.

Due to the custom nature of our ordering process, we cannot accept returns on orders unless they arrive damaged. Each clothing item has an accurate size guide, please take extra care to read the size guide before ordering your product. If you need to change the size of your item please email us within 1 hour of purchase.

 

Returning an item

In the unlikely case of an item arriving to you damaged please email us at wearewanderinguk@gmail.com. We will then liaise personally with you.

We can only process a full refund when the item arrives back with us. We advise you to use a signed for and insured courier service as you will still be liable for the cost of the product if it is lost in transit. Upon receipt of the returned item we will process your refund within 5 days of return.
